PROBLEM

Build practical experience applying IT support concepts in real operating-system and troubleshooting environments.

GOAL

Practice the technical workflows commonly used in entry-level IT support, help desk, and systems support roles.

IMPLEMENTATION

Areas practiced: - Windows troubleshooting - Linux troubleshooting - Process management - Service management - Software installation and package management - Command-line tools - Basic networking - DNS and DHCP fundamentals - System diagnostics - Technical troubleshooting workflows Examples of completed hands-on work: - Located and terminated problematic processes in Linux and Windows. - Worked with Linux package-management commands and dependencies. - Modified and reloaded Linux service configurations. - Practiced Windows Event Viewer concepts. - Worked with services including SSH, Apache, CUPS, and related system-service concepts. - Practiced DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, and network troubleshooting concepts.
