CompTIA A+ certified IT professional building a career in technical support and computer science, with a strong background in customer service, problem solving, and team leadership.

I am an IT professional transitioning into the technology field with a background in customer service, team leadership, and high-pressure problem solving.

I am CompTIA A+ certified and have been developing hands-on knowledge in IT support, computer hardware, operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, security, cloud technologies, Git, GitHub, and Python.

My previous professional experience taught me how to communicate clearly with users, de-escalate difficult situations, prioritize multiple problems at the same time, and find practical solutions quickly. I am now applying those skills to technical support and computer science.

I am particularly interested in IT support, systems, networking, cybersecurity, automation, and software development. MatrixOS serves both as my professional portfolio and as an evolving technical project where I document what I build and learn.

My current goal is to begin and grow my professional career in technology while continuing to expand my technical knowledge through certifications, academic study, hands-on labs, and software projects.
